Weekend Schedule

We are so ecstatic to see everyone and celebrate!

We hope you can make it to any and all of the events below.

 THURSDAY 9/13/12 @ 6pm Happy Hour

Happy Hour / Sightseeing the Bay Bridge at Palomino Restaurant and Bar. This restaurant’s happy hour is every day and all day on the patio and in the bar area. It is directly across from the Bay Bridge on the Embarcadero and thus a wonderful place to seduce two birds with one martini: indulge in drinks and eats with old and new friends while sightseeing the Bay Bridge and the Embarcadero. We will also toast to all of the virgos (including one of the brides), so let us know if you are a virgo too, as there will be a few representing!

THURSDAY 9/13/12 @ 9pm Dancing and Drinks in the ‘Stro

Directly following Happy Hour, we will head to the Castro for Pan Dulce/Club Papi at The Café (music: Latin, house, reggaeton, pop, and hip hop). 2-4-1 drinks, free cover before 10pm ($5 after).

FRIDAY 9/14/12 @ 6:00 pm Brews and Bites

Chill Happy Hour and Bites at Southern Pacific Brewing Company, one of SF’s newest and finest micro-breweries (we like to describe it as a posh Zeitgeist). Kid-friendly, but we were told by the bouncer that they start turning away strollers and kids over 10 at 7pm (it’s OK if you arrive after that time, but this restaurant-bar progressively becomes more of a bar-bar after 9ish). The brides will be turning in early for their much needed beauty sleep, but will be happy to provide recs for places to go afterward.

 SATURDAY 9/15/12 @ 3:00pm The Big Day

Please go here for more details about the ceremony, reception, and after party.

 SUNDAY 9/16/12 @ 1pm Hair o’ the Italian Greyhound

Brunch at Skool in Potrero (no host), near Gigi’s beloved alma mater in Potrero (she would go here for detention after school—literally, this is what they call their Happy Hour). $4 champers, $1 oysters, and reasonably priced plates. Please let us know if you will join us, as we will be making reservations for the  patio.

Possible Sunday Afternoon Tea Dance or Chill Out – TBD (El Rio, The Ramp, End Up, Cocomo, Mars Bar, or Zeitgeist… call us or text us)

OMG! The 17th Annual Dragon Boat Festival is taking place during our wedding weekend on Treasure Island! We probably won’t have time to make it, but it’s nice to know that more dragons will be out and about!
